Orientations north-west. It consists of 3 bedrooms (2 smaller, 1 larger), kitchen, dining room, large living room with access to a loggia of approximately 9 m2, roof gallery, bathroom and toilet. In the part of the loggia, on the left and right, there are smaller pantries, one of which serves as a barbecue.

The apartment has high ceilings up to 3m, new velux windows and enough daylight. The furniture remains by arrangement.
Parking is possible in the courtyard of the building or nearby in the street.
