The interior consists of a spacious living room connected to the kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms equipped with underfloor heating. All rooms are air-conditioned, and the apartment is fully furnished. One outdoor parking space is included. Thanks to its southern orientation, the apartment enjoys plenty of natural sunlight throughout the year, making it bright and comfortable.

 

Tenants may also use a shared heated pool and a summer kitchen with a barbecue, which are shared with only one other apartment in the building. In this case, the monthly rent is €1,800. If tenants prefer not to use these additional facilities, the rent is €1,400 per month.

 

Utility costs such as electricity, water, municipal fees, and waste disposal are not included in the rental price, and the tenant arranges internet services independently.

 

The tenant pays an agency commission in the amount of one month’s rent plus applicable VAT.
