Comfortable south oriented apartment in a quiet area of the wider center of Split, with surface of 81 m2 with a loggia of approximately 12 m2. It is located on the first floor of a small apartment building with three floors, no elevator, 15 minutes walking distance from the main promenade of Split.

The apartment consists of hallway, pantry, three bedrooms, two bathrooms with toilets, one of which has a bathtub and the other one a shower, kitchen and living room. Exit to the loggia is possible from one of the three bedrooms and the living room laid on the south side of the apartment, which is why these two rooms are full of light.

The facade of the building was renovated in 2015 and the apartment was completely adapted in 2017. Electrical installations and water pipes were changed, new PVC closures were installed and the walls were painted. Air conditioning is used as the heating / cooling system, which is more than adequate due to its good internal insulation and new facade. Also, the apartment is energy-certified and belongs to the A + class, which means it consumes almost no electricity. The energy class is based on the calculated annual heat consumption per square meter of the heated part of the building under reference conditions.

The apartment does not have its own parking space, however it is located in a quiet street without much traffic so it is always possible to find it.

Near the apartment there are all relevant facilities, three kindergartens, a school, secondary education institutions, a pharmacy, shops, cafes, a sports center, bus stations etc.
