Comfortable apartment in a great location close to Autohrvatska and Firule overlooking the sea. The apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building with an elevator, orientation south-east-west. It consists of three rooms (two large and one smaller), a separate living room with access to a loggia, a kitchen with a dining room, one bathroom, one toilet, a small pantry and a hall. The apartment has enough light because it has a view on three sides of the world and a loggia that extends to the southwest side of the apartment. It is in good condition but may need renovation in the form of furniture or new shutters. The main advantage of this apartment is its location, since everything is accessible from the hospital, pharmacy, schools, shops, drugstores, beaches, and the city center is only 20 minutes walking distance. The apartment has no secured parking space.
