Two bedroom apartment of 70m2 located on the 5th floor of a residential building with two entrances and two elevators, in a quiet area of Trstenik. The south side of the apartment has access to the loggia overlooking the sea, while two rooms on the north and west sides have balconies. It is about ten minutes drive from the city center, and five from the beach.

It consists of an entrance hall, two bedrooms, large living room with kitchen and dining room with exit to the loggia, bathroom and a small pantry. In nature it consisted of three rooms so that, if necessary, it is possible to make another smaller bedroom.

All shutters were changed about 10 years ago, and the apartment is very well maintained and tidy.

There are several larger free car parking plots around the building so a parking space can always be found.

In the immediate vicinity there is a kindergarten, school, church, shops, cafes, clinics, bus stations and all other important facilities.
