Charming stone house of approx. 180m2 net area, with private parking and yard, located in the third row to the sea, in the old town of Trogir.

It is located on a plot with a total area of ​​201m2 and consists of three floors;
Ground floor of 59 m2, in nature a one bedroom apartment consisting of an entrance hall, bedroom, kitchen with dining area and living room. In front of this apartment, in the yard, there is a storeroom.
