The house was built 100 years ago and has an exceptional value for its location as well as for the way it was reconstructed. The house is situated in one of the most beautiful places on the island of Vis. It is positioned in cascades, and has an open sea-view from all the rooms. There is a car access and a parking place. The surface of the house is 300 sq m, and the house plot is of the surface of 507 sq m. There are 3 apartments in the house and one separated room with its own Mediterranean garden with a kitchen. All the apartments are completely equipped and in function. All the accommodation capacities have separate entrances and their own terraces with the view of the sea and the beach.
