The villa is by the sea, only 7m away. It consists of four floors with a total area of 420 m2 (360 m2 useful). Completely everything is finished except sanitary, ceramic, flooring and interior doors. Documentation is complete with a use permit and the EC, owned 1/1 of firms without the burden and mortgage.

The first floor – the basement is designed as a space for socializing in which there is a tavern in Dalmatian style with a fireplace, wine cellar, bathroom, toilet and space for recreation (gym etc.).

Second floor – ground floor consists of a garage, room for technique (central boiler, heating, etc.), Bathroom with a short corridor for clothes, living room dining room, kitchen and space for appliances.

The third floor – a sleeping area, consists of two studio apartments with a separate dressing room, comfortable bathrooms, and a separate bathroom in the hallway and another room with a sea view (three bedrooms).

Fourth floor – roof terrace of The Half-sun deck with hot tub 2x2m, cocktail bar and sauna (optionally or otherwise), briefly another cozy place to socialize.
