On the ground floor of both villas there is a large open-concept living area with a kitchen and dining room. The living areas have direct communication with the outdoor terraces, where there is a partially covered heated pool, sundeck and lounge area.

On the first floor of these two villas, there are designer rooms with their own bathrooms. In one villa there are 3 spacious rooms with bathrooms, while in the other villa there are 2 master suites.
