The sanitary fixtures include Geberit concealed cisterns, Hansgrohe undermount showers and Villeroy & Boch toilets, achieving a high level of functionality and aesthetics. The terraces are equipped with glass railings, and the aluminum cladding and sheet metal details are executed in line with the modern architectural design.
Each unit has its own septic tank, with provisions for a sewer connection that is currently under construction. Each apartment comes with two parking spaces.
