House with sea view, located in a quiet place Okrug Donji in the southwest of the island Ciovo.

The house is divided into two floors with separate entrances, and each floor consists of two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and a spacious terrace. The terrace on the first floor offers a beautiful view of the sea and nearby islands, while the terrace on the ground floor is surrounded by greenery that creates a beautiful natural environment.

There is also an attic space currently used for storage. Next to the house there is a small pantry, and a room for a tavern, outdoor grill and parking. Although the house needs refreshment, it is in good condition and well maintained.

The house uses a septic tank, and is connected to electricity and water, but still has a water tank whose space can be used for other purposes depending on the wishes of the future owner.
