High-quality entrance doors with soundproofing are being installed, as well as higher-class interior doors. Partition walls will be made in the Porotherm or Knauf system, depending on the position in the apartment.

 

The apartments do not have an elevator, but each apartment has two private parking spaces, which are included in the price. Access to the yard and parking lot is provided by a ramp with a remote control. The security system includes video surveillance and an alarm. Currently, a bio-pit is used, but it is planned to be connected to the public sewage system, with the start of work in September 2025.
