Beautiful, fully furnished and equipped house of newer construction (2013), located in a quiet location in a small, coastal town near Trogir, with a landscaped yard and a large parking lot for seven cars. It is oriented to all four corners of the world, which is why, as well as the fact that it is located on elevated terrain, it provides a spectacular view of the sea and the place itself.

The main house consists of four floors;
On the basement floor there is an auxiliary room of 20m2 equipped with a built-in kitchen that serves as storage. Next to this room there is a closed water tank (approx. 10m2) which is no longer in operation, and which can be attached to the auxiliary room, which can provide an additional apartment.
On each of the next three floors there is a two bedroom apartment of approx. 70m2 of indoor space, which consists of an entrance hall, kitchen with dining room and living room with access to a spacious terrace overlooking the sea (approx. 13m2) and bathroom. Each bedroom has access to a balcony (approx. 4m2).
Each apartment has its own entrance.

In the yard there is another one bedroom apartment of approx. 50m2 consisting of a living room with kitchen and dining area, bathroom, pantry and one bedroom.

The landscaped garden includes a courtyard lined with natural stone with a dining area with a Dalmatian barbecue and a well-kept garden, planted with Mediterranean horticulture, as well as various citrus fruits.

The house has two driveways and parking on the upper and lower side.
Nearby there are grocery stores, beauty studio, cafes, restaurants, two beaches at a distance of approx. 200m and Split airport at a distance of approx. 10km.
