Land first row to the sea zone R1 in Vodice. The land is located in an attractive location 10 m from a beautiful pebble beach.

The total area of the land is 2,727 m2 and is in the shape of the letter T. The land is located within the unfinished part of the settlement (new construction), in the area intended for development and landscaping outside the settlement – in zone R1 – sports and recreation zone – ŠPORT.

The construction of accompanying facilities (outdoor swimming pools, catering, shops, sanitary facilities, showers, cabins, etc.) is permitted.
